1. Introduction and Acceptance

BY USING THE WEBSITE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT:

You agree to binding arbitration for dispute resolution.
You understand our auto-renewal policy (for subscriptions).
You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

"Products": Non-alcoholic beverage mixers and related products manufactured and sold by the Company.
"Customer" ("you"): Any person or entity accessing the Website or purchasing Products.
"Order": A request to purchase Products submitted through authorized sales channels.
"Subscription": Recurring product purchases under an auto-renewal plan.
"Force Majeure": Events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, cyber-attacks, or supply chain disruptions.

3. User Eligibility and Account Terms

3.1 Eligibility

You must be:
At least 18 years old.
A resident of a jurisdiction where our Products are available.
Using the Website for personal use only (no resale without permission).

3.2 Account Terms

You agree to:

Maintain account security (do not share passwords).
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service at our discretion.
Terminate accounts suspected of fraud or abuse.

4. Products and Safety

4.1 Product Information

Our Products are non-alcoholic beverage mixers.
Ingredients & nutritional info are clearly provided.
No medical claims are made about our Products.

4.2 Safety and Storage

Store in a cool, dry place (68-77°F / 20-25°C).
Refrigerate after opening.
Consume by “Best By” date.

4.3 Allergens and Food Safety

Products are manufactured per FDA guidelines.
Allergen info is provided on packaging.
We do not guarantee allergen-free status.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance.
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5.2 Payment

Payment is required at checkout.
We use secure payment processing.
Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, and authorized third-party processors.
Price changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Late payment fees may apply if payment is unsuccessful.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery Terms

Processing time: 1-2 business days.
Shipping estimates are approximate.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

6.2 International Shipping

Customer is responsible for import duties and taxes.
Compliance with local import laws is required.

7. Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewal)

Recurring payments: By choosing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel.
Cancellation: Cancel online using the Manage Subscription link in your subscription emails before your next renewal order begins processing to avoid that order and its charge. There is no three-day notice requirement and no additional renewal-order commitment.
Pause or skip: You may also pause your subscription or skip an upcoming order before that renewal order begins processing.
Processed orders: Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already begun processing. Our refund policy and your rights under applicable law still apply.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before a subscription price increase takes effect.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery for unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging, subject to the Refund & Return Policy and prior authorization.
Refunds for damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping fees may apply.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and CCPA.
We collect and process data per our Privacy Policy.
Marketing emails require explicit opt-in.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by copyright and trademarks.
No license granted for commercial use.

11. Limitation of Liability

NO WARRANTIES: OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
We are NOT liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

California law applies.
Binding arbitration required (except small claims).
Class action waiver: You waive the right to join a class action lawsuit.
