Cordial Craft · Behind the recipes

Our recipe standards.

A good recipe should leave you looking forward to the first sip, not wondering what to do next. Here is what matters to us when we share a drink or a mixing guide.

Making the drink

Start with the recipe. Make it yours.

Spirits, fruit, ice, and personal taste all make a difference. Our recipes give you a starting point; useful notes explain the choices that change the finished drink.

Measures, method, and substitutions

Look for quantities, preparation, and finishing touches together on the recipe page. A substitute may change sweetness, strength, or texture. Shaken and frozen versions are different builds, not just different ways to serve the same mixture.

The bottle and the whole drink

Cordial Craft Zero-Sugar Lime Cordial is zero-sugar. The finished cocktail depends on everything you add. Juice and liqueurs can add sugar, and alcohol contributes calories. Sugar and calorie figures refer to the ingredients and serving shown, not every variation you might make. For the cordial's ingredients, nutrition, and storage, follow the current bottle label.

Behind the recipes

Bartender-built in San Diego.

Cordial Craft grew from founder Austin Davis's work behind the bar and his development of the cordial. That experience shapes the recipes and practical mixing notes shared here.

Source links offer a closer look at the references behind a guide. Flavor and texture notes describe the drink; expert food-safety guidance helps you make informed choices about handling and ingredients.

Keep us honest

Something not adding up?

Tell us which page you were reading and what seems off, whether it is a measurement, a missing step, or an explanation that could be clearer. A link or source is welcome if you have one.

We will check the details and correct confirmed errors. If a change affects how you make the drink, we will explain it where the recipe appears.
