Get one drink right
Use the intended recipe, ice, temperature, equipment, timing, glass, and finish. Repeat if the result varies.
A measured plan for the full service
Start with a Cordial Craft ratio, choose a recipe, or enter your own measured drink. The planner separates what goes in the batch from what you add when serving, and shows totals in U.S. fluid ounces and milliliters.
Calculations stay in this browser. Nothing is saved, sent, or attached to an order.
Test first. Scale second.
Actual dilution varies with ice, temperature, equipment, time, and technique. Make one serving the way you plan to serve it, measure the result, then chill and taste a small batch before making the full amount.
Plan a menu-ready cocktailIf the interactive planner is unavailable, multiply one measured serving at a time: either 2 U.S. fl oz spirit + 1 U.S. fl oz Cordial Craft, or the highball base of 2 U.S. fl oz spirit + 0.75 U.S. fl oz Cordial Craft.
Do not guess the water amount. Test one serving using your chosen method, record the result, and multiply each measured liquid by the same number of servings. Keep carbonation separate until service unless you have a tested, pressure-rated procedure for that recipe.

The reliable workflow
Use the intended recipe, ice, temperature, equipment, timing, glass, and finish. Repeat if the result varies.
Record how you calculated the water, keep serving additions separate, and taste a chilled portion before making the full batch.
Write down the container, fill, label, storage, serving size, and finishing steps your team needs. Follow your venue’s preparation and service procedures.
