Ingredients
- 2 oz pisco
- 1 oz Cordial Craft Zero-Sugar Lime
- 1 freshly separated egg white
Method
- Add pisco, Cordial Craft, and egg white to a shaker tin or jar.
- Shake without ice for about 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds, until chilled.
- Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 aromatic bitter drops.
