Allulose
Allulose carries the formula’s main layer of sweetness. It gives the lime and spirit something to balance against. The remaining ingredients give the cordial enough body to balance its lime and tartness.
Our zero-sugar lime cocktail mixer brings bright lime, crisp acidity, balanced sweetness, and body to margaritas, gimlets, daiquiris, and highballs. One measured pour replaces lime juice and simple syrup. Non-alcoholic and ready for your favorite spirit or a splash of soda.
Cordial Craft brings lime aroma, tartness, sweetness, and body together, so one measured pour can replace separate lime juice and simple syrup in many cocktails without flattening the drink.
Zero sugar describes the nutrition. It does not define the flavor. Lime and acidity come first. Restrained sweetness and body soften the spirit’s heat without covering it. The result drinks like a properly made cocktail.
Our 375 mL bottle has 17 servings at ¾ fl oz each, ideal for compact 2:1 cocktails and sparkling highballs. Pour 1 fl oz of cordial for our fuller shaken build and you can make 12 cocktails from the bottle.
We use modern super-juice techniques to bring out the bright aroma of real lime flavedo, the colorful outer peel.
We balance that lime character with citric, malic, and tartaric acids, then build in sweetness and body. One measured pour replaces lime juice and simple syrup in margaritas, gimlets, daiquiris, and more.
Choose your spirit. Shake with ice for classics like margaritas, gimlets, and daiquiris to chill, dilute, and blend the drink. For a longer pour, build over ice and top with soda. Finish with your favorite bitters and garnish.
Real lime flavedo brings fresh peel aroma. Citric, malic, and tartaric acids build layered tartness. Allulose forms the base of our sweetness, acacia gum adds body, and sea salt brings the finish into focus.

Flavedo is the colored outer peel of the lime, where its aromatic oils are concentrated. It gives Cordial Craft its fresh peel aroma and depth.
Citric, malic, and tartaric acids work together instead of leaving one flat sour note. The blend gives the cordial a bright, layered tart structure that can stand up to a full measure of spirit.
Acacia gum supports body so the drink does not feel thin once shaken or lengthened. Sea salt sharpens the citrus and keeps the sweetness in balance.
Sucralose works alongside allulose to fine-tune the cordial’s sweetness without becoming the lead flavor.
Benzoic acid is included as a preservative to help protect product quality. Refrigerate after opening and follow the storage directions on the bottle.

I love it, and you can made diferents drinks.
Use in lots of drinks and love the fact that it’s sugar free and you wouldn’t know it.
This stuff makes a mean mixer. Delicious and smooth!
Cordial Craft takes the place of lime juice and simple syrup in many lime-based drinks. One pour adds lime aroma, tartness, sweetness, and body.
Our 375 mL bottle has 17 servings at ¾ fl oz each. Use that pour with 1½ fl oz spirit for a compact shaken cocktail, or with 2 fl oz spirit and soda for a highball. Our fuller shaken build uses 2 fl oz spirit + 1 fl oz cordial and makes 12 cocktails per bottle.
Start with 2 parts spirit to 1 part Cordial Craft. A compact pour is 1.5 oz + 0.75 oz. For a fuller shaken cocktail, our How to Use guide starts at 2 oz + 1 oz. For a sparkling highball, use 2 oz spirit + 0.75 oz Cordial Craft, then add soda. Other ingredients can shift the balance, so taste and adjust the finished drink.
Lime and acidity lead; sweetness and body support the spirit instead of dominating it. Start at the 2:1 ratio, then adjust the finished drink to taste.
We use modern super-juice techniques to bring together aromatic lime flavedo and balanced acidity from citric, malic, and tartaric acids. We add sweetness and body to create a complete zero-sugar lime cordial: one measured pour in place of lime juice and simple syrup.
Flavedo is the colorful outer layer of citrus peel, rich in aromatic oils. We use lime flavedo to give our cordial its fresh lime aroma and character.
Our Nutrition Facts describe a ¾ fl oz serving of our cordial. A finished drink also includes the spirit, juice, liqueur, bitters, rim, and garnish you use. Choose zero-sugar additions for a zero-sugar cocktail; alcohol still contributes calories.
